St. Maarten Restaurant Reviews
Citrus Restaurant, St. Maarten
Cited as one of St. Maarten’s top restaurants, Citrus is known for its creative French-inspired dishes prepared with only the freshest ingredients. Unusual appetizers include seared foie gras with mango, watercress and gastrique as well as carpaccio of bison with red onions, capers, cherry tomato, reggiano parmesan and lemon olive oil. Diners can also enjoy such culinary delights as nori ravioli with shrimp, duck, spinach, pecans, shiitake mushrooms and sesame glaze or chili rubbed grilled salmon with lentils, roasted red onion, peppers and tomato. Those preferring a meat dish should try the ten-ounce buckhead beef filet mignon served with truffled mashed potato, portobello mushrooms, caramelized onion, asparagus and roquefort. Reservations are strongly recommended at this very popular restaurant.

There is for sure no more Chef anymore there and the service really sucks.
Keep driving next block and you'll be much happier if you either try the Montmarte or Tempation.
