Bought a Frank Muller watch at Shiva's during a cruise trip. Price is good. Sammy is a fantastic sales person: courteous, polite and knowledgable with the products. He even walked us to the water taxi to make sure we won't miss the last transit. Ouststanding service!!

Andrew from Shiva Gems is wonderful. I bought a beautiful tanzanite bracelet and earrings last New Year's Day (1/1/08). This was our second visit to the store and we were just as pleased as we were on our first visit about 5 years ago. We will definitely return.

Bought a 3 ct ring for $6,000 when we returned to the states and had it appraised and insured replacement price was $12,650. Wonderful quality and great deal!!!!
