Villa Laguna, a delightful two bedroom, two bath home overlooking Simpson Bay Lagoon, is located in the French Lowlands.

It is a two or three minute walk from popular Rouge Beach. The home is also just a five minute drive from restaurants and shops in the French capital of Marigot. There is a large pool deck with an arched, covered gallery for shade. Truly an indoor-outdoor home with sliding glass doors opening on two sides of the living room to the deck. Laguna is comfortably furnished in contemporary designs and brightly covered cushions. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has twin beds and bath across the hall. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. A great kitchen with bar top counter is perfect for congenial entertaining. This house has an established repeat clientele and is perfect for a couple or small family.

Caretaker lives on property in separate cottage at main gate.
