Behind an electronic gate and set right on the edge of the sea, this sublime and fully air-conditioned five-bedroom villa offers lots of space in a spectacular garden setting. Edged by its own rock and coral beach on turquoise Great Bay and just down the shoreline from The Ritz-Carlton, this pristine and beautifully landscaped private estate offers three air-conditioned bedrooms in its light and airy upper level, placed on either side of the spacious Great Room with its cathedral ceilings.

The air-conditioned Great Room features colorful artwork, an open-plan kitchen, relaxed seating with dining and entertainment areas, and opens onto a covered shady verandah for alfresco dining, yacht-watching or reading. Two more air-conditioned one-bedroom/bath apartment suites are set poolside below on the garden level.

Beautiful Caribbean gardens, vivid with island flowers, are enhanced by sculpture, the sunny pool, an open-air gazebo, fountain and lily pond which complement this villa's tropical setting.

A short walkway leads to the coral and stone shoreline and blue ocean's edge - fabulous snorkeling on live reefs await you just outside your door (bring your reef shoes!), or you can walk down this shoreline to The Ritz-Carlton's lovely white sand beach .

This fully-screened villa is the perfect locale for a memorable vacation in the sun for family and friends. Casa Bougainvillea may also be rented along with with Sea Star, just next door, to accommodate up to 20 persons (see information on this web site). No smoking in the villa, please.
