Notched into a hillside just above one of St. Thomas's most spectacular sea views, this so-comfortable and convenient red-roofed home is built on two levels. A few stairs lead from the parking area and gated pergola down to Sea Lark's wonderful covered deck and pool area, which is a most inviting gathering place. This expansive deck is built within boulders, furnished with chaise lounges for sunning, and is partially covered for shade when you want it. Small trees growing through the deck and tropical flowering rock gardens add punches of living color.

French doors open into Sea Lark's main interior living area, dining area and kitchen. A home office, featuring a DSL line and Wi-Fi for your laptop, is in a corner overlooking the pool deck area with a convenient powder room just steps away. Slider doors access the fore decks from the main living area. This deck fronts the entire villa's upper level and overlooks absolutely amazing views of Magens Bay Beach below, the expanse of azure Bay and surrounding green hills; it's set for alfresco dining for six, the perfect spot for toasting sunsets with cocktails after a lazy day at the beach.

Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen area is designed with an island and bar chairs, ready for making snacks or cooking gourmet meals. Another french door by the kitchen area opens out to a small side deck with a handy gas grill. On Sea Lark's lower level are three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath and its own private covered balcony showcasing the inspiring views. The laundry room is also conveniently located on this level. The bedrooms are cheerfully furnished in tropical colors and feature top-of-the-line, luxuriously-comfortable beds and draperies for late sleepers.

Sea Lark is well-situated: it's just a couple minutes' drive to the white sands of Magens Bay, a short jaunt to tee off at the nearby Mahogany Run Golf Course, and about a 15-minute leisurely drive over the hill to town - but this villa is well equipped with just about everything you'll need for a relaxing and serene vacation stay, and we doubt it will be easy to tear yourself away from these unexcelled views.
