Rated by Terry on 04/12/06 We did not get what we reserved and had a confirmation for, and the person we delt with was extremely rude and unhelpful. Even though they wanted to give us a smaller car than what was reserved, they would not give us a cheaper rate than what was quoted for the larger car. Plus they tried to rent us a car that was dented and with the headlights stuck on high beams. I would NOT ever rent from Budget again, especially not in St Thomas! This was a terrible experience. Dont believe that the only place to rent a car on the Island is at the airport which is what they will tell you.
