The Agave Terrace is recognized as the premier seafood restaurant in St. Thomas. With a reputation as the "celebrity spot" on St. Thomas and host for important food and wine events, the Agave Terrace is a "don't miss" treat.

The emphasis is on fish, lobster and crab legs, but excellent pasta dishes, steaks, sauces, desserts and a children's menu are all handcrafted from the scratch kitchen. Nightly entertainment includes Aben on the Steel Pan Tuesday and Thursday, Freddie on Piano Monday, and Chris on classical guitar Friday.

I left St. Thomas last year after living there for 10 years. One of the things I miss most is the GOAT WATER from Ashley's. I have traveled all over the West Indies and have never found any that compares. If I could somehow get the recipe I would be forever grateful.
