East End Cafe has been one of St. Thomas's favorite restaurants for many years. With traditional Italian fare, as well as fresh seafood and hearty steaks, guests can be certain of a wonderful meal.

East End Cafe prepares all of their breads and desserts from scratch. They use local fisherman for their "out of the water" fresh catch of the day. Even their herbs are grown nearby. Add to that, fine stemware, white table clothes and detailed service and you have a perfect dinner setting.

Complemented by a superb wine list, dark wood and beautiful stained glass, East End Cafe is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner, including brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Brunch includes sausage biscuits and gravy, French toast and eggs Benedict, along with $5 Bloody Mary's and Mimosas.

Reservations are highly recommended. Dress code is island casual with plenty of parking in front and at American Yacht Harbor.

Lovely atmosphere but very inadequate food. Would not return.

It was wonderful. In fact we thought of it as the only good meal we had the whole trip, thanks East End for a great time.
