Sunset dinner cruise: We board from Sapphire Beach Resort Marina at 5:00pm. You are greeted, given a brief history of the boat, and orientation, along with your first cold drink of the evening and a starter of Tomatoe & Basil Brochettes and Smoked Salmon & Caviar over cream cheese rounds. We set sail to a picture-perfect cove to anchor for dinner.
With a booking of 20 or more people, New Horizons is yours for the evening or for a half day. Sometimes we can accept less than 20 guests
