Fort Bennett
Located in Black Rock, in the vicinity of Plymouth, Fort Bennett is a beautiful lookout point which was built in 1778 by the British as a means of protecting ships from American privateers. Sugar would be loaded onto the ships in the bay. Today, the fort has a quaint little pavilion, under which visitors can sit and admire the remains of the battery or simply take in the atmosphere, including the lush gardens.

Rated by john weedon on 06/08/06 small reasonabley kept garden type area, evidence of "fort", demonstrated by small number of canons and small forge.Disapointing, but views are very nice.
