The Sugar Mill's 23 rooms are set among the restored ruins of a 17th Century sugar plantation. Here you can enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets in the tranquil ambiance of our tree-shaded alfresco gazebo terrace.

Our beach is protected by a natural reef, providing easy snorkeling for beginners. Our fresh water swimming pool, nestled among swaying palm trees is a refreshing alternative.

Candle lit dinners, with a menu that changes nightly, are served in the hotel's award-winning Sugar Mill Restaurant which has been restored from the stone and coral ruins of a 370 year old sugar mill. Breakfast is served on the terrace where you can enjoy a view of our neighboring islands and lunch is available at our beach restaurant "Islands" where the menu presents dishes from all corners of the Caribbean.
