Stay away from Trude Realty in Tortola BVI. I have had first hand experience dealing with Bonnie and one of her CRAZY local house leasers. We lost over $6,000 in a tenant/landlord dispute when the landlord broke our lease and kept our funds. You have no rights in the BVI, so be aware of that when you are renting. The lease you sign has no legal bearing.

Dietmar is very helpful and an allround nice guy, but the owner, a big blonde woman thinks her needs and phonecalls take priority over clients.
