Relax over dinner in this open-air restaurant at Long Bay Beach Resort. The menu changes daily. Appetizers might include garlicky escargots in pastry, Caribbean fish chowder, or shrimp fritters. Entrées run to tuna glazed with soy sauce and served with horseradish yogurt, pan-roasted duck with tamarind glaze, or a filet mignon served with mushrooms. There are always at least five desserts to choose from, such as Belgian chocolate mousse, strawberry cheesecake, and a fluffy lemon and coconut cake

Overpriced. And the prices change each time you go there. How anyone can work out that a small plastic cup of coca cola and a white wine spritzer in the same small glass to come to $9.72 I don't know. The food is actually not bad and the service isn't either but I don't like the prices for drinks changing with every visit.
