Rated by Marnie deJour on 03/23/06 I practically lived here. The cook, a really nice kid, is a recent graduate from the college and as such has gone along with the menu which is years old. The food is quite good, the service is typical Tortolian, arrogant, unfriendly and you wait until the one and only waitress gets round to you. BUT the atmosphere is fantastic, there is really good music, everyone goes for a good evening out.
