In early 2005, Surfsong Villa Resort will make its debut. Surfsong Villa Resort is edged by 1000 feet of the Caribbean's azure waters and unspoiled reefs for snorkeling. The shoreline is dotted with tide pools and countless shells for beachcombers. A short stroll along the waterfront leads to the picture-perfect white sand beach of Well Bay. Surfsong Villa Resort's guest facilities include a beach pavilion, art gallery and gift shop, garden courtyard, lounge, massage studio, and a yoga/Pilates center. Each private villa on the Surf Song Resort property includes a satellite television, a DVD/CD player, a radio, A/C in all bedrooms (except for Tree House), a safe, a telephone, full kitchens (the Tree House studio has an efficiency kitchen), a gas grill and hammock. The main office at the villa resort also has extra features that guests may use while they are staying on the property. These features include movies, music, books, games, high-speed internet access, cell phones (with prepaid phone cards available for sale), assorted snorkel gear, bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas.

The two-bedroom Surfsong villa is fronted by two covered coralstone verandahs cooled by sea breezes. This fully-screened villa offers comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas separated by dramatic archways. The sleek stainless steel kitchen has windows framing turquoise sea views; adjoining is the master bedroom/bath suite with an office alcove opening out to one of the seaside porches. A private second bedroom/bath suite has two double sleigh beds, and is accented by a colorfully tiled bathroom and bordered by a wooden deck and shade trees.

There will be two additional beachfront villas at Surfsong Villa Resort. These newly renovated and comfortably furnished one-bedroom villas have fully-equipped kitchens and private decks, all positioned to catch both view and breeze.

For more intimate getaways Surf Song Villa Resort offers the Tree House studio. This well-appointed apartment is quietly nestled among the property's original boulders and is comfortably shaded by nature's canopy. It has an efficiency kitchen, king sized bed, and private bath but no air conditioning in the bedroom and no dishwasher in the kitchen. Privacy and discretion are matched with the highest attention to detail in this romantic retreat.

On-site management will graciously tailor resort services to meet your personal needs and coordinate any activities you may desire during your stay. Your villa will be provisioned to your specifications prior to your arrival, and if desired, a welcome meal will be waiting. The owners' genuine hospitality and love of the British Virgin Islands will ensure that you experience a truly memorable tropical escape in a remote and secluded setting.

Surfsong Villa Resort's Estate has a gated entry and an automatic generator to safeguard the property against the unexpected. The Resort will also offer a beach pavilion with beach bar, a lounge, a business center, a gift shop, a garden courtyard, a massage studio, and a yoga/Pilates center. Concierge services will be available, and your personal laundry can be done for you for a $20 per load.
