This lovely villa sits right on the edge of Mahoe Bay - white sand and aqua sea are but 15 feet from your private pool. Sandcastle's Great Room, furnished in charming Caribbean style, combines living, dining and kitchen areas all under an airy cathedral ceiling; this spacious room opens out to a beachside covered verandah for alfresco dining and cocktails surrounded by lush gardens and is just steps from the pool.

Four air conditioned bedrooms, each with private entrance and bath (including outside showers), offer views to the sea.

On one side of the Great Room is the air-conditioned master king suite with a hot tub in its front garden; on the other side in the breezeway is a wet bar with icemaker and mini-fridge.

Just beyond the breezeway is Sandcastle's north pavilion with the second and third air-conditioned king bedroom/bath suites, and across the garden courtyard and fountain is the fourth air-conditioned suite with two double beds.

A separate two-storied pavilion sits at the east edge of the courtyard; stairs lead up to the fifth air-conditioned bedroom suite, which also doubles as a handsome office/library on the upper level offering satellite TV, a desk and fax machine, a game table, full bath, and a private covered balcony.

The swimming pool offers swim-out bench to rest and watch the pelicans fishing over the outer reef. A seperate outdoor jacuzzi can soothe jangled nerve. Lounge chairs on the sun terrace are steps away from an outside icemaker and drinks bar.

Elegant tropical furnishings, fabrics and Caribbean art and accessories create splashes of vibrant color against Sandcastle's cool white tiles and white wicker for timeless casual comfort - this is the perfect location for a family beach holiday.

Excellent snorkelling or scuba diving are available right in the front of Sandcastle, on the two fringing reefs which keep the beach calm and protected for pleasant swimming. Guests can also enjoy watersports and complimentary tennis at Leverick Bay Resort a short drive away.
