The Baths

The Baths, Virgin Gorda's most popular and interesting destination. Located near the island's southernmost tip, The Baths Virgin Gorda is a combination beach and quirky twist of geology that has formed giant house-sized boulders along the coastline. Largely because of The Baths, Virgin Gorda has a reputation for great snorkeling; cathedral-like grottoes and crystal-clear tidal pools makes swimming in and around the area a treat. Visitors to The Baths, Virgin Gorda, also have access to a spectacular white-sand beach there, and a small beach grill will curb appetites hungry after hours of cave exploration. Note: because of The Baths, Virgin Gorda attracts groups from neighboring islands - avoid large crowds by visiting in the early morning or late afternoon.
