I visited The Rock restaurant 5 years ago and have remembered the very awesome Penne Caprese on your Menu ever since. I was there again last week, but unfortunately earlier than your 4:00 opening time. Is there any way possible I could get your recipe for Penne Caprese. I have tried to make it at home several times. But fails in comparison

Four of us went to "the Rock" 2nd week of Feb for our one big special meal while vacationing. We had the most rude waitress I have ever seen or heard before. I had to leave the table before the meal was out so I di not make a scene and ruin it for others. I wanted to go back the next day to discuss with Mgr, but ran out of time. Waitress did not come over to table for 15 minutes after our arrival, then without even saying hello just said " what do you want" No intro , no greeting, nothing. Then when we asked her if she meant drinks, she said "both". We all looked at each other in amazement. Then one of us ordered. Then after the first person was done the waitress just said "Next", like we were in a country diner! The food was not even good or filling. The Bartender did make great drinks. We should have stayed there. The Piano guys was excellent, but did not come on until about 10pm. I would never go back to "The Rock" if they paid me. What attitude! they had. Go somewhere else if you can.
